Recall FAQs
Yes. If you received a letter in the mail or otherwise were made aware of an unrepaired recall, please make an appointment at any Mazda dealer for repairs.
Once the recall is performed, the recall is considered closed. Please direct any further questions to your authorized Mazda dealer.
All recall repairs are made at no cost to the vehicle owner.
The vehicle can be taken to the dealer by any individual, as it does not need to be the vehicle owner.
Please advise your Mazda dealer when making an appointment that you will need alternate transportation. Mazda will provide free of charge a rental vehicle or rideshare (Uber, Lyft, drop off, or pick-up) as needed during your repair.
Please go to www.mazdarecalls.ca to search for open recalls. Any U.S. Mazda dealer can repair a recall issued by Mazda Canada Inc. if the vehicle is in the United States or any U.S. Territory.
